Sergio’s Tires & Auto Service can restrict access to any or all portions of the site or remove any information or content from the site at any time. Sergio’s Tires & Auto Service reserves the right to monitor the activity of the site.

- Returns & Warranty Policy
If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange, please call (323) 262-6716 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you.
We want to have an open communication channel to provide you with answers to any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will do our best to make things right.
This warranty covers only the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. To obtain warranty service, return the tire or automobile on which the service was performed, within the applicable time period, with the sales receipt, and this service work order to Sergio’s Tires & Auto Service during normal business hours.
a) Used Tires
Used tires have no warranty and all sales are finals. No returns, No exchanges – sold AS-IS.
The purchaser is the sole responsible individual in the event of any accident or damage caused to the vehicle after the used tire has been installed. We do our best to inspect one by one tire to ensure the “best value for money”. We balance, mount, and test the tire to ensure the purchaser safety and satisfaction.
b) Manufacturer’s Warranties
The merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be ready to assist you in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Specific tire information is available on each tire model manufacturer’s product page via a “manufacturer” link. Find your tire by clicking on the Services tab –> Manufacturer.
Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Return for Exchange
All New Tires are subject to inspection by a Sergio’s Tires & Auto Service returns specialist, please call (323) 262-6716 to make arrangements.
The final amount returned will be calculated according to the following:
TIRES: The total amount paid minus all “restocking fees, up to 15%” charges incurred.
WHEELS: The total amount paid minus all “restocking fees, up to 15%” charges incurred. Please have yourself or a specialist run a fitting test for wheel size prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: The total amount paid minus $60 labor charge for dismount and minus all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. A 50% down-payment will be asked at the time when the “special order” is placed. A cancellation fee will apply up to 35% of the value of the order.
The final amount after the deduction of the fees mentioned above will be issued to the original purchaser. If the payment received was cash or check, we will ask the customer to decide the best option to fulfill the customer’s complete satisfaction.
